Not user friendly
This app needs lots of fixing, it will not allow me to add a hub to the app. No directions no documentation the direct to you how to set up the hub. Try to add a hub app sign you out and have to sign again annoying. When you’re locked in, they keep you login or use Face ID if your iPhone user to log back in. if you succeed the schedule does not work nor does the buttons for going up and down. I have seen competitors apps and they are straightforward easier to navigate.PGH 2024
Broken after recent update
The app worked pretty well until a recent update, now it just opens to a blank white screen. What a waste of money this was.scgtb
Buggy but responsive support
I’ve been using this app for almost one year to automate our window shades. We had an issue with the recent hardware update (schedules falling off) and we received communication with precise direction for the solution.Mattrubik

Buggy!
App interface is not intuitive! Schedules work 90% of the time. Would love to program more than one preset. Presets often don't work and are difficulty to activate.
Grouped shade commands frequently activate shades outside of the group.
I've gotten used to the app generally working 75-80% of the time so still a long way to go to make improvements. I hope they continue to update the app!Mochi1121

Love it!
Works great with apple and android- we use both platforms in our house. This was so easy to program and use- I didn’t need our blind installer to do anything! I did it myself and have had fun setting up schedules and playing with Alexa commands. I love my Gaposa silent shades!! Very happy!!JoanFarina
OMG
This may be the absolute worst app I’ve ever encountered. So bad. The developers need to be fired immediately and a new crew hired to fix this abomination. If you need an example of how not to build an app, this is it. Horrible.Koweaver
User interface needs rework
The UI does not gel well with other apps appearance. Can’t reorder shades in a room. No auto light/dark. No Siri Shortcuts support. No HomeKit support. Only reason I use this app is I am now on my 3rd physical remote control and need something which works as a back when the physical remote breaks.gstaylor16
