New effects format

Can you not get anything right anymore? I was forced to update Style Studio because the version I had was incompatible with the style I wanted to use. Well ... the app crashes immediately upon opening since the latest update. Thanks, Smule!Amboisedrive

Smule, please please please please please go back to what made this app amazing, the singing!!! First of all, instead of creating trash like this, how bout giving us the ability on the fly to couple effects? Like how it used to be, WHILE you are singing??? How bout allowing us to use more than one effect on different parts of the song? For example, grunge on parts and delay on others??? How bout letting us make a solo, and if we want it to turn into a duo/duet the app will remove any part twos or whatever automatically? How about getting more licenses for songs instead of removing our uploaded arrangements??? Ooh, I know! How about adding the ability to upload and create arrangements from our phones or tablets finally??? You very lucky that the voice app and others don’t have the popularity to shut you down yet. But remember MySpace? Yahoo? All it takes is for the right endorsements and a more comprehensive app to come out. Just sayin.Show lessDennrom

I love how this app can harness the creativity in making Smule videos. Many of the previous problems have been addressed and I’m happy about that but I still wish that the app doesn’t crash every so often and makes me lose my hard work. I hope that problem with crashing can be fixed soon.MCG1111
New Smule app! Rates a negative 10
You need to fix this app where when we join someone on a song I can use my own settings not the ones they choose to use. There is no way to use my settings when I join someone. When a join begins we should be able to change the settings to our own settings. This is the worst change I’ve ever had to deal with since joining Smule. I’m sure no one will address this or even read this so I’m probably wasting my time but at least I tried.

Disappointed and frustrated
This is piece of crap. I used to love the app with al the features before the update. It’s not convenient, it’s not valuable. There is no value I find from this. I’m disappointed with the app update ._. I won’t be able to enjoy it as much as before when I could use different effects. I paid for years for the VIP because I enjoyed it. I don’t even know why I should be paying for it now that it’s not as good as before. Honestly I felt the frustration with some of the other reviews. I related it and so are others. Hello!! I have tried to make a Smule style so many times, and every time I’m half way done, the app crashes!! It’s time consuming!! The idea behind the Smule styles is cool. The app just needs some work...

Love it but ...
I absolutely love the new style addition to Smule but It still needs tweaking. My styles are disappearing, and the last one I created did not have an effect I inserted after it was published.SweetMelissa_01
Privacy concerns
App constantly freezes. Also, they take your videos from smule as templates. They use raw video without your consent. One of the worst apps. Don’t waste your time. I have been waiting weeks for Smule to provide an update. Nothing. It gets zero starstlmtlmtlm
