Waste of my time

I tried using this app on several vehicles in inventory to find that the vins were not supported. A good recommendation would be to launch an app when it’s tested and works with the current inventory. I will try again down the road…

Currently, Know & Go supports the following vehicles: 2021 RAM 1500 TRX, 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe, 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, 2022 Grand Wagoneer, and 2022 Wagoneer. Are the vehicles you tried to use the app with one of these vehicles? If they are not, then know that we are continuously working to expand coverage, which may include yours in the future. Pretty useless

Was excited to try it on my 2022 TRX. Opened the app and attempted to scan the VIN. Wouldn’t scan the door jam or dash vin. So I entered manually which worked but inaccurately has my model year as a 2021 and not a 22. So a bit disappointed the app doesn’t even know what year the vehicle is. Even once it’s working it doesn’t tell you any of the features and details that are lesser known. I know the truck has 702hp and 35” tires that’s why I bought it. But it doesn’t show other features and settings that aren’t as obvious and would be good to know.

No hotspots show up at all.

Needs support

Put in vin. Loads for ages. Doesn’t work.
I’d like to show this to my customers, but until it gets fixed…

Doesn’t work

Tried to access the old app, was told to upgrade to this new app. After scanning the VIN, it just sits on the loading screen. Exited out of the app, went back in, my jeep was there but doesn’t LOAD ANYTHING. it’s crap. Major update needed.

Wow !

The app works great. Taught me a lot about my truck and is really easy to use.
