Currently, Know & Go supports the following vehicles: 2021 RAM 1500 TRX, 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe, 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, 2022 Grand Wagoneer, and 2022 Wagoneer. Are the vehicles you tried to use the app with one of these vehicles? If they are not, then know that we are continuously working to expand coverage, which may include yours in the future. If it is, then please contact us at knowandgosupport@stellantis.com, and let us know which vehicle(s) you tried to add along with details about the issue(s) you encountered.
