  • Fabulous- wish I found it sooner

    I’ve been looking for a very simple app for tracking my calisthenics training outside of just the standard iOS Notes and was also looking for a solid simple journal app and I finally came across this and wish I’d found it sooner. I love the layout, the lack of unnecessary bells and whistles, yet it still has plenty of features found on apps that you usually have to pay for. I hope more people discover this who are looking for something similar.
  • Very easy to use and simple

    I’ve only had this app for a couple days, but the interface is very simple, easy to understand, the questions and journal prompts are straightforward and thought provoking and help to keep my thoughts focused on training. I’m going to use this app to keep myself organized during my offseason and continue to use it during my track season.
  • GREAT APP

    I love the app but I feel like we should be able to make our workouts in the app and preferably add a timer for example another section at the bottom that says workouts and would give us the ability to write down what our workouts look like so whenever we go to workout we can use it like the notes app on the iPhone but for every singular workout like bench press we can add custom videos showcasing the workout plus theyres a time for it THAT WOULD BE AWESOME but anyways amazing app
  • Great Journaling App

    I’ve used other journaling apps (Journey), but this one is better for me as it is more geared towards achieving athletic goals. I really like the mindfulness style of approach with the affirmations, as well as goal setting exercises. I’d recommend it for those interested in utilizing writing/journaling as a way to make consistent progress and to get out of mental ruts.
  • Great Athletic Journaling App for Any Sport or Experience Level!

    I enjoy using Athlete Journal because it provides me with a central and concise way to track personal, athletic, and overall life goals. This app provides me with a platform to track injuries and the graph trends page help point out when I may need to take a rest day in order to prevent further injury.

    Athlete Journal encourages me to hold myself more accountable and helps me develop a routine in the morning to facilitate a more positive mindset. I use this app to track all of my workouts that range from CrossFit and yoga to biking, running, and swimming.

    If you are looking for an app that is easy to use and incorporates many different aspects of athletic performance (mindset, goals, nutrition) then this is a great app to try!

    and this is the best one I’ve ever used.
    i run track and have a more clear schedule for success
