Great Layout Options

This is the only app that allows you to easily mix photos with lots of text and create a formatted book. There are a lot of different formats to arrange the photos too, which make it quick to produce beautiful finished documents.

Enjoying the app

I was previously using another travel blog but it wasn’t being maintained properly so needed to find an alternative. After looking at a few others, I decided to use this one as it has such great features, can be used on the desktop or phone, & has so many beautiful layout options.

The only things on my wish list for this app are:
- faster uploads of images (I don’t know if this is possible but images can take 20-30 seconds per image to upload on 4G)
- the ability to zoom in on the text when you’re in layout mode so you can see where to add images
- the ability to rearrange images in a layout once uploaded

Overall, I really like the app as is. The above would just make it even better

Love this app!!

I’ve been using Travel Diaries for almost three years and I absolutely love it! My husband and I moved overseas for an Expat assignment, so I’ve been blogging ever since and my family and friends love getting to see all our pictures and read about our adventures along the way. I’m on my 10th book and I can’t wait to get them all printed so I can have all of these amazing memories to look back on! So far, I have gotten three books printed and the quality is great! I highly recommend this app as it’s easy to navigate and a great way to have all of your memories be put into a book to share with anyone or just read to reminisce for yourself.

Easy to use and fast processing

I loved using Travel Diaries to write up my trip on the Irrawaddy River. It was so easy to develop chapters and add my photos, and I even created a trip map within the diary. Watching my trip come alive through the diary was an enjoyable experience.

I ordered two books of my diary - one for myself and one for the family member I travelled with. I was pleasantly surprised with the unexpected discount for the second book. I was also amazed at how quickly I received the books (about one week), given they were coming from The Netherlands to Australia.

I was thrilled with the finished product. Thank you, Travel Diaries. I have started writing up my next trip.

Making travel memories!

I have used Travel Diaries for several years now. I love the ease of use while on the road. And being able to edit on my home computer really gives me a feel for the look of the book I am creating.

Best Travel Diary I’ve Found

I’ve been using Traveldiaries for several years now and am really happy they’ve developed an app as that makes it so much easier than going through the website. I love the format for text. The only downside to this app, and when using the website, is the requirement to pick a template for photos. This is the most restrictive photo feature I’ve seen in the different travel apps I’ve tried and it really prohibits adding the photos I’d like to without putting them into a size category. It would be so much better to just be able to add, and label photos without having to pick a template. Other than that, I love the app and I love the way the books look once printed; the resolution on the photos is excellent.

Great new travel tool

I’m enjoying my first year with Travel Diaries and am into my third Diary and have just sent my first one off to be printed. I’ve found using this App very easy for one that isn’t hugely IT savvy and any queries I have had have been answered and resolved within 24 hours. The huge rang of layouts make the Diary visually interesting with a range of shapes and collages. The only complaint I have and this is being worked on I’m told, is that the Preview (to check layouts etc) is in very small print - and you can’t correct spelling etc whilst in Layout mode. Looking forward to this being improved in future. I can recommend Travel Diaries as an easy to use App to preserve your memories when fresh. I look forward to our books when we return home in a few months.

Great Journal/travel diary app

I use it for my lead up to a dream travel holiday. It is user friendly, clean and simple. Paula from Customer Service emailed me to ask how things were going. I am so grateful for that and happily replied to thank and update her. To me this is a great company that deserves success.

My 4th Travel Diary

I can’t speak highly enough about this app. It is so well set up, with the ability of move photos and text around. I found it on the internet 8 years ago and have never found anything to compare to it. Plus the personal help I asked for when I had trouble getting my payment accepted, or couldn’t get the layout I was looking for, was promptly offered in an email within 12 hours……considering that I am 5 time zones away, that is something.

I have a trip to Greece this fall and feel certain I will be making a fifth diary then. And I look forward to doing it.
