Fácil de usar e bem funcional
Muito bom. Sempre usei essa plataforma, mas a primeira vez que uso no app do celular. Único problema foi na hora de escrever as observações, pois eu tentava rolar a tela pra conferir se escrevi certo, e saia do campo e o que eu havia escrito se apagava e eu tive que reescrever 3 vezes até entender que era melhor eu salvar antes de conferir. Fora isso, tudo muito bom. Recebi as notificações certinhas e o entregador foi bem pontual sem maiores problemas . Eu moro no Canadá , e solicitei o serviço pra ser feito pelos bairros de São Paulo, e fiquei super tranquila porque deu tudo certo com a entrega dos documentos que solicitei.🙌🏼

This app is a scam
Courier will pickup goods and will not deliver at location provided! Also tried calling the courier person 1000 times still no response! Also there is no option to contact customer service rep

Worst service ever!!
The delivery partner says that I need to select a third location only then they will deliver the parcel which makes the cost rise by 80%
What sense does this make. They claim that roads are closed while we book using the google location pop up which is not even fed manually by us.
