Waste of time
It says I am connected on both but when I try to play a movie it asks to connect although you are already connected

A Good Idea But...
1) Not all programmes that have the subtitles available are actually available for that particular programme and
2) Not all TV shows and films that have a ‘Download’ button can actually be downloaded.

Constantly crashes
This constantly crashes on my iPad. Can’t even get to the help page now without it crashing. Needs fixed. Unusable.
