(If you've stopped seeing your calendar events in the app after updating your device to iOS 17, then go to your device Settings → Journey → Calendars, and change the setting from "Add Events Only" to "Full Access"!)

Fixed a bug where, when switching overnight from the "Dungeon" biome to another biome (such as "Grasslands"), if there was a torch visible on screen, it would stay visible, appearing to float in front of the hero throughout the following day! Spooky!

- The first encounter each day will now occur sooner after app launch. No more waiting until around lunchtime for an encounter to happen when Desktop Journey has been running all morning!
- Improved the look of the Temple biome.
- Fixed a bug where the "Focus time" message would take up too much space -- and the weather would be squished down at the bottom of the "Now" panel -- for a few minutes after a meeting ended.
- Focus time will now display if the time until the next meeting is up to 360 minutes (up from 240).

When you're not currently in a meeting, your remaining "focus time" -- the amount of time remaining you have to be productive at your desk before your next meeting or appointment begins -- is now displayed in the Now panel! Keep motivated to make the most of your focus time by being aware of exactly how much you have left!

Aside from an optional subscription to additionally show the current temperature and weather (to help cover my cost to access a weather API), Desktop Journey is completely free, and ad-free!
Make your phone's screen useful while you're working on other things by having it show a dashboard of at-a-glance views of the current time and date, and current and upcoming items from your iOS calendar and reminders.
At the bottom of the screen, a hero accompanies you, walking along through various biomes as you journey through your own work day.
A few times a day, an enemy character will confront the hero. You can defeat the enemy by doing a task, from a set that you customize, such as doing a few push-ups, standing up and stretching, or tidying your workspace. Or, just skip the encounter if it's not a convenient time.
