App is unusable
Wont even let me log on. Error messages constant. No content on app.Douglas sky walker

When they updated the app they removed the ability to minimize the app or lock your phone and continue to listen to the audio, at least on iOS this is the case. That was an extremely beneficial benefit of the app and without that it’s almost unusable to me. Please fix because I love this app.WhoDat8691

Background playing does not work
The initial BTV app could play the audio/video in the background, meaning locking the device could still play the audio or video file, which this new app does not do that. The registration issue was solved through accessing bayyinahtv from desktop browser. As the new release its quite understandable that, there will be glitches on first few releases. I hope the developers behind the app would take into consideration on the comments from the users and improve the app based on these comments.Show lessm1karim

I had some issues the first time I download this app but I deleted and downloaded again and it worked like a charm! I hope everyone is able to access this wonderful and extremely beneficial app! Thank you, NAK and team for all your hard work.mehvishkhan123
Content is missing
I can login but there’s nothing there. It says my account is not completed. But my account info is there including saying I’m paying for the service. So... where’s the content I’m paying for? Fix this app ASAP. Should not have deleted the old app platform until this one was working.AKAref

Doesn’t work
I am able to log on . But not able to view any contents . Whatever I click except user profile a message displays saying an error has occurred. Pretty disappointing so far.Boahari
