Unable to get correct time
I have tried everything I can find even looking online for help but cannot get the AM/PM to show correctly. For example, it is AM currently but the phone shows PM. If I can’t get it to show correctly, I’m returning it and getting a Fitbit because I know that will be accurate.chocoholic1225
Terrible reloj
Funciona bien las primeras dos semanas después es un desastre, por si solo se borran los datos, desde las 11:30pm ya no te contabiliza pasos ni ninguna actividad, derepente contabiliza pasos pero no los transfiere a la app, se quedan pegados que no hay forma de hacerlos funcionar. No hay soporte del fabricante o vendedor, no actualiza en fin tienen mejor funcionamiento los reloj de TEMU.**HND**

A few good workouts into this app, and still not accurate….? Time collection is the only statistic that is accurate…..? And when paired with owners smart watches it’s even worse…..?Mr. D-Day

In the end , you get what you paid for….? Sad , but true…. Still for $25 a very basic sports watch..
Cons. Used 50% of battery . 90 minute hot yoga class.. Basic data collection. Distance, heart, calories, time..
This during the first day of use..
I’ve had it with $300 Fitbit Drama over the past 20 years.. these watches will catch up soon..The app and watch are CRAP!
This app is a complete waste of time, the Blood Oxygen, Heartrate and Blood Pressure functions are SO BAD, if you trusted them, you’d be dead!
I bought this watch to monitor my oxygen levels and heartrate, while recovering from Covid, and I almost died bc it was saying my O2 levels were 98-99%, and my heartrate was 85bpm… when in reality they where at 88% and 105bpm!!
When I went to the hospital, the Doctor tried the watch and app and agreed that it was a HORRIBLE product.CDW626

Apple's original watch faces are not included in the app at all. And the existing watch faces are all low quality and simple. I hope you will take care of this matterKamyarStudio
