On the reminder notification, you have the opportunity to record the activity and the volume if you wish. If you have a fixed program in mind for the day, you can create a reminder collection which is a group of reminders separated by a interval, and starts and ends at specified times of the day. There is a simple and clear graphical summary to show the activities that had taken place, including number of toilet visits and drinks throughout the day. This app is totally ad free.
