It’s not fun when the app says it is updating, then in the app it says ‘Coming soon’ and gives no indication of when that is. Frustrating for a toddler. also not able to get help or make contact, when you click on that option in settings, nothing happens. no redirection to anywhere for help. I wouldn’t recommend it based on those problems. In the App Store the ‘contact us’ button doesn’t work either.Show lessMike_D_23_18

This game is available in the Math Playground section, immediately accessible after updating the app to version 3.18. The "Coming Soon" message on the home page may have been due to a temporary glitch, for which we apologize. Even in this case, we assure you that the game was indeed available to play in the Math Playground from day one. The "Contact Us" feature in the Parents area should directly open your mail app with our support email pre-filled. If you don't have a mail app installed, this link should redirect to our website's contact form. We also confirmed that the "App Support" button in the App Store is functional and directs users to our contact form. Could you please provide more details about what happened when you tried to use these options? We help homeschool my five year old granddaughter. She has a variety of learning games and tools online and off. One of her favorite games to play online is Thinkrolls. She’s problem solving, learning and having fun at the same time. She knows the theme song by heart.GrandmainMontana

Downloaded a 7 day free trial deleated after 6 days didn’t like it …was charged $89.59 anyways tried to report the problem to apple was told to buy a $100 gift card in order to get my money back …was charged for that as well so done.
