Haven’t heard back
I never heard back from support for my “critical error unsupported yuv format” paid money for a game I can’t finish!

Thank you again for your patience. The issue with the game has been fixed and it should work properly now. However, I have to ask that you reinstall the game, delete it and then install it again for the update to function. We hope that you will have lots of fun playing and we apologize for the inconvenience.
