Shocking Service
I would bother using the app, never finds a taxi even if you book well in advance! Despite ringing and being told a taxi is coming still no show 20 minutes later!

They are now the worst company to deal with.

Needs more organisation
App is a joke you get a driver and then they cancel on you and when you prebook for work they still don’t show up on time which then makes you late no matter how early you bookJessKeeligan
Time
Takes so long to get a ride the app shows that I have 7 vehicles around me but takes me 30 minutes to get a ride that’s doesn't make any sense I emailed the other week but had nothing back so Iv also posted hereste678?!

Good app but it rips you off takes money out before you get in the taxi which is fine normally £5 then the total fare is £4 instead of giving you a £1 back it takes a £1 out so cost you £6 in total.calv76
