Great to be able to download the videos.
Video loading and storage needs work but best in class content
App is fantastic and content is incredible. However, if you’re on the go the load and buffer time is incredible slow compared to most other apps with a video stream component. Even the downloaded content can load with a lot of lag.
App has an easy to use UI and the company has incredible content and customer service. That one piece could use improvement regarding video loading

Amazon Seller App is GreatThe UX is woeful
Lack of video titles. Segment labels don’t make sense. Poor orientation system makes it hard to know where your upto in a list of segments. User experience of this app and the web app needs a lot of work from a professional UX researcher

Downloaded videos can’t speed up
Love the app and it would be 5 stars if I could get the downloaded videos to play at faster than 1X. No matter what speed I pick it stays at 1X
