I have been using this app for a while and I just love it! I love the music, I love how convenient it is to use and I am always so excited to listen to a new track every night.
The music is beyond beautiful and so relaxing.
You just select the date on the app to access your daily session, put your earphones on and relax. I usually fall asleep within the first few minutes and I feel wonderful the next morning. I have been much more relaxed and my sleep levels have improved a lot.
I am a Mom of 3 boys and during these times I found it hard to be at home with the boys, home schooling during Covid, being the best Mom to them and a good wife to my husband so I can truly say that this has been such a wonderful “outlet” to me.
