I will never order from here again, first it take three hour to get my food. Then a employee tells me the driver was at the restaurant, he was not. Then when I go to eat my food it is cold. I can tell you I will never ever get food from them again.Jg2090

DO NOT USE THIS APP. It is Terrible. Awful. Waste of time. Frustrating. Irritating. It took them 2+ hours to get my food. I asked for compensation and they refused to give me a refund. Poor service
It took 2 hrs for my order to be delivered. I hit the contact button and asked where my order was and no response then I asked a second time and still no response so I cancelled my order and they text me immediately saying the driver was on their way. Horrible service
Use to get orders in under an hour now it’s 2-3 hours the food is always cold and they never apologize for it taking so long. They call you to say it’s on its way but they don’t speak English so hard to understand and still takes an hour after they call to say they left with your order.Mpurcell10
Need a way to contact delivery driver.
Countless orders have been messed up but could’ve been prevented if there was a way to contact the driver. Delivery times are quick though; that’s the one of the only upsides.marymbishop1983
