A heartwarming story with subtle messages
This is an amazing movie! Loved the innocence and the rawness of the characters. Also the movie is beauty with a cause. And it’s done so immaculately!
One of my favourite part is the dialogue where Jaya compliments Deepak’s mom for the food, and she smiles awkwardly and says ‘does someone even compliment cooking?’. That’s such a big message! Probably the character wasn’t complimented for her cooking in her entire life!(cannot imagine what that must feel like)
Right after it, she says it’ll be so good to have friends in family. She asks her MIL ‘Can’t we be friends?’ and amazingly she replies ‘let’s try’. I was blown away with the ingenious message delivery in this movie. Love love love it. Also the songs, lyrics and music of this movie is so cool. Must watch.Show lessI love recobee!
My favourite new app to track, movies, and TV shows. I love all of the different aspects, such as the leaderboard, the ability to create lists, receive curated recommendations and much much more!! The app is full of authentic people that enjoy writing reviews. There are no spam accounts which is quite refreshing! I highly recommend this app to anyone that watches a lot of TV or movies or likes to keep track of what they have seen in the past!Show lessGreat experience
To me, this is what Letterboxd should be. Recobee leans more into the social media side and I think it’s much better.
