Appointment
The wait time was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Despite having a scheduled appointment, it felt like my time was not valued at all. There was no communication or update from the staff about the delay, which made the situation even worse.
I understand that emergencies and delays can happen, but this level of wait time is unacceptable. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and makes efforts to improve their scheduling and communication practices. As a patient, I expect timely and efficient care, and this experience fell far short of that.
