I was very much looking forward to this but
This app can’t even identify things such as selenite. It literally identified it as jet. If i scan a crystal i don’t know it gives me something on the complete opposite end of the color spectrum. I even scanned crystals i knew and it couldn’t properly identify them. I waited to long for this but this app isn’t good at all. Reddit would better identify crystalsShow lesssaucysarah1234556

I love the name the app went first off. Secondly this is such a good app! It’s setup is so neat and pretty it is so easy to understand to use plus it also looks so pretty. I love uncovering the things that this app has to offer, like the partners, stores and the amount of focus they’re putting into trying to make ethical sourcing more known and changing it. I've been waiting for this app to come out. So I went ahead and subscribed to the monthly subscription when I signed up. I managed to upload a handful of stones, but then it said I had reached my limit. It showed zero stones in my catalog or history. I checked my subscription on the app. It thanked me for being a customer and to choose yearly or monthly. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it, thinking it may help with the glitch. Now it doesn't recognize my log-in email but says it already exists if I create an account. The app took my money, and I can't even use it. I hope in the future this app works, but for now, I'll cut my losses.Show lessineverylight1986
