The only widely available free qualified electronic signature
It would be even better if it was possible to sign more than just PDFs.

Ignore the review from my fellow American
As for the review from my fellow American, just ignore it. My US passport was accepted. Strangely enough they are not currently accepting French CDS, which didn’t matter in the end since they just needed a digital certificate, which didn’t care about where the ID came from.
