I cancelled but they just keep taking my money
I was recommended this app but I did not want to pay 4.99 a week. I cancelled immediately but I have had 3 weeks of payments taken.Tim Franky

You get a few free days for a trial, then the wonky subscriptions they have will take every penny they can. Why not just make one charge for the use of the app ? WHO has twenty dollars a month (PLUS taxes n fees) to have reminders for your plants ? You could buy three new plants with that money -
ONE STAR - for highway robbery, minimal info on many of the plants listed, takes users photos for the app, and they make money off of you for info they took off of the web👀- better apps out there for sure!! Do not even waste your time downloading for the free trial - they just want your plant pics 🤷♀️Show lessMsSirWinsAlOt

I can’t remember anything and this helps me a lot… then again I never really knew the name of any plants so maybe it’s not so much my memory as it is ignorance… either way this app is awesome!wetpaint1971
Keep asking for cash even though I’m subscribed
Buyer beware. They’ll try to fleece you twice for a sub. If you’re paying premium monthly the sub just won’t work and they’ll try to save GM you up for weekly. Then They show you ads while you’re trying to find a way to contact planto and get the app to work.Virginifer

Why I gave it 3 stars
I gave it 3 stars because of the premium I want this app to let us use all access without premium I am not able to scan anymore plants because of the premium and my parents don’t want to have to pay for this I don’t want to either so pls consider changing this with no premium thanksSunshine beach 123456
Not as good as hoped
I was using this for a week or two and thought it was great. However, after taking a anout 10 photos , it is asked me to go premium so deleting as it’s not worth the hassle. Shame.
Any advise out there on free apps?

Identified plants correctly
Tested it on quite a few known plants and got them all correct, unlike several other apps which was identifying everything (an avocado) as poison ivy or poison oak.SoggyFiji
