Crashes… every time I use it
Hmmm - think this needs an update.
Every time I explore training sessions in paddle it crashes- screen goes white & can’t get out! Only way to reboot the app is to delete then reload … but then it happens all over again.

Unless! …. Use PLAYTOMIC instead
Unless every time you try to log in it wants to create a new profile and it just says submitting and goes around in circles .. had to switch to a club using Playtomic app which works well
App does not work
After the most recent update, cannot see any matches on the search feature at any date or location. Going to my own profile page just closes the app completely and my chat history has been deleted! Please fix this asap!!
Latest update broke the app
Unable to use the app since the last update. It is not showing any games at all. It seems that they are updating the app region by region and my UK account auto updated to the latest region but the rest of Singapore is on an old version. Unable to access any games in Singapore.
App not working since update
A software developer somewhere is being absolutely torn to shreds for ruining this app. Doesn’t work at all, crashes, crippling the growth of this sport. Crushed beyond belief is an understatement. Might go back to playing squash/tennis…
Don’t not update to latest version
Since the latest update I can’t use the app, it’s deleted my contacts, lost my rating and I can’t find any activities including bookings I know as fact I am on! Again Do NOT update!

Since the app was updated last week it no longer works on my iPhone 13. Shows only one activity- some random person seeking a game next week. Nothing else. Prior to the update it was fine! Have deleted and reloaded multiple times all to no avail. Now if I want to join a tournament I have to phone the centre. Hopeless app. 😡😡😡

App crashes and doesn’t work
Been trying to sign up/create an account but it keeps giving me an error message. I’ve done the steps/support and still doesn’t work. very glitchy app in my opinion
So many bugs
The app crashes so many times when trying to book onto a session. Also when I click profile the screen just goes blank. Have rebooted and tried again but it won’t work. Really want it to be better but it’s just not functional!
