I tried to pay in the application it didn’t work, then i tried to pay in the website it said that i don’t have account and when i try to make a new account it says that it’s already there.

After paying, the order do not appear and an error message appears althoug money was withdrawn To get my money back, I have to contact support many times, which are very unhelpful They cancel orders many times and tell me that the product was out of stock, although it is still avilable on website There are fake products showen on their app with 0 SAR or 0.01 SAR If I try to order it and pay shipping fee, they cancel it I think they offer these fake products to attract customers I will never recommend anyone to use this app or even their websiteShow lesssarasakr
