Add generic service request form link to app about screen. Added required update functionality – users will be required to update to latest version on all subsequent versions. BUG FIXES: • Added emergency ticket form field. • Made time pick stick on option select instead of closing (on iPhone) • Fixed wrong error message on using existing email for registration. • Updated original caller to reflect POC name in weblog. • Swapped incorrect equipment and site id positions.
