I love the Pepper Palace. Been a huge fan for about 10 years now. First experience was in Gatlinburg TN while on R-n-R leave from deployment. That Nasal Napalm made me a huge believer. Been a faithful customer since that day. Their flavors are unique and their prices are great. My first choice when BBQ’n. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.
Ever since I visited New Orleans in Aug of 2022, there was a physical store and I was shocked by all the stuff there . I taste so many things and you know after a while it all tastes the same, so I settled on “ the chop house” and some spicy pickles, I’ve ate them pickles in 3 days they were delicious and I held on to that rub for a yearrr, fast forward and I bought a house, I just ordered 3 more and this is my second order in 4 days. I’m obsessed. You cannot go wrong with anything you get, read the reviews and that’s how I made my decision.
This company should get a refund from whoever they paid to create this app
5 stars if you offer the popcorn, chips and energy drinks online. Your pickled garlic could be more consistent. Got 2 bad batches recently on separate occasions. 16.99 +tts is a lot to risk on a jar that could be completely bad. But seriously I love this place and spend crazy money here.

While I can’t buy my FAVORITE hot sauce here (Scoville Scale’), these people are serious foodies, or, at least, they provide eats, for us, AS serious culinary people.
I have purchased many products from PepperPalace, and was only disappointed, once (seems you can’t buy a really spicy “green” sauce. Pity..), trying to purchase a ready-made super-spicy, super FRUITY sauce using “green” peppers, and not much vinegar. I’ve evolved my own sauce over, perhaps, 2 years but it’s VERY seasonal (maybe I’ll try canning it).
Anyway I still buy and try many sauces from these people. A greatly enjoyable experience. As a “not quite” chili-head, I’d suggest that you consider the “heat rating” just a schooch low, as in very hot= kinda hot, with vinegar. The only other place to shop is where I buy Tim Myer’s sauces, which, politely, I won’t include the address here. Overall, this website is certainly enough to provide many enjoyable meals!

Delicious sauces and salsas. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys sauces and spices. I’m just sad the store closes near me. Love this place. Also easy interface in the app.
Super frustrating when I really want to use the functions of the app but it keeps crashing. Decided just to delete. Not worth the headache.
I came across the only brick and mortar store in Washington State last week. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable about the products. He answered all of my questions about various products and steered me to those sauces that I prefer. I absolutely love Carolina Reapers and I was not disappointed in the selection and quality. If you love spicy, I cannot recommend these products enough! You will not be disappointed.
