Not being able to login and view the loops

So I’m not sure ignore my phone, internet connection issues or some bug, but I’m unable to login and listen to the loops. It keeps me on the loading screen for what feels like forever and only after opening the app back up for the 5-9th time only then I can access the app, however I can only play one loop before either swiping left or right it doesn’t allow me to play the other loop. Once again I’m not sure if it’s me but could the team look into this issues I’d hate to feel like I wasted money on something I thought was gonna be a fun experience for me.

It says 4 stars but it’s basically 5 my only nacc with it is when I swipe to email when I confirm it should be virtually instant on receiving loops other than that 🔥🔥🔥🔥
