Love the idea, app has issues

I absolutely love this app idea, I have been looking for a service that does this here in the UAE. However, the app has many issues- mainly with crashing or closing randomly. If I click “track request” the app crashes, if I try to “view my orders” the app crashes, if I try to “view my subscriptions” the app crashes…etc etc it’s quite frustrating.
Hopefully they can get fixed soon so recycling with this app is much easier.
