Frustrating 24 hr experience
This app wouldn’t let me delete my personal info. I was on it less than 24 hrs. I accidentally put a picture that I thought was in private setting in public and they immediately suspended me. Then they lifted the suspension but when I went to delete all my personal info they would not let me. I reached out several times and they would not help me delete my info. Now they have suspended me again, can’t access my personal information and have no idea what they are doing with my info. I’m extremely nervous and frustrated at how I have been treated and the lack of tech support to help me delete. I would not recommend them at all.Show lesskitfun

I signed up and paid for one month VIP and wasn’t even a member for an hour. I filled out all of the requested information but my account was disabled until I provided a copy of my ID for verification. That was the line drawn for me as that’s definitely an invasion of privacy towards my personal information. I also noticed after they boasted about GPS location ability (like all other apps use) there was absolutely nothing in the app that used location services to allow you to see anyone nearby. You’d physically have to input where you were. I even checked the settings within my location services settings and the app wasn’t even appearing as being able to use it. Anyway if you’re good with giving all your personal details away…..have at it. But for people like me who like their privacy over certain things….this app isn’t for you!Show lessAdahm

WOW, where to start, lets see, profile verification, As TruckerSucker.com is a U.S. Based app and website we fall under the rules of the us laws known as FOSTA and SESTA which require us to verify your identity. Furthermore VISA and MASTER CARD require profile verificaiton as well and even more states such as Texa, Utah, Florida and more to come require profile verificaiton. The solution to this is to VOTE in your best interest and maybe one day the laws will change. The great news is that we block all spammy and scammy profiles and additonally we do not sell any of your information, not a single bit is sold. Not all users are blocked, only those that violation the site rules that are clearly explained in the registration process. It appears that this user posted an incomplete profile violating our terms of use which are explained in the sign up process. When members are blocked they can perform the two step automated recovery process that appears when blocked members log in. The TruckerSucker app is designed to be less labor intense and is based upon members abiding by the rules, if they do not abide by the rules they are given a chance to self-recover their profile which does include upgrading to VIP level. Honest members who abide by the rules do not get blocked and do not have these issues. Email us your user name and email address and we will provide you with a detailed report of your violations. We have a violation point system and members who accumulate six violation points are blocked forever. In extreme circumstances you may request reconsideration by email to webmaster@TruckerSucker.com Hint, when signing up complete all fields that are presented so that you do not get blocked by our “AI” bot and use a real image of your full face as described in the sign up process. Upgrading to VIP is not a license to break the rules. Subscription management is in your app store settings, we do not have access to your subscription manager.Love the website and service, app is wonky
I joined the site, and am enjoying my experience there, so I downloaded the app. So far it doesn't even load completely before it crashes. Be sure to be near a strong wifi connection, to have empty space on your device and to be patient. If you are using the app for the first time you may see a loading circling icon as population occurs, be patient, the app is loading and will soon populate with manly men for you.Finally an app with real masculine men!
I just discovered this app and the name can be a bit intimidating but the developers make every effort to make sure all men on the app are legit and they say who they really are. The level of safety they provide is a major factor in deciding to meet with these men and they have gone above and beyond to provide that level of safety for you.
The fact that the men on this site are masculine gay, bi or straight curious guys is a huge plus for me which I have had a difficult time finding on other apps. I’m looking forward in meeting genuine men on this site and mailing leasing friendships. On a nice note I want to state that this app has some of the most inclusive options when it comes to identifying yourself! But other than that it needs a lot of TLC.
It’s the Diablo immortal of gay apps seeing as everything is pay to win. You can barely do the bare minimum on this app without paying. They do however bribe you with a 2 month free trial of their subscription if you leave a five star review here.
The app itself barely functions and almost every-time you go to click something it either takes you back to start or to the menu to buy a subscription.
I feel like this app has no active users other then people like me who signed up to see what this whole “trucker sucker” app was about but were sorely disappointed to just find the same guys commenting on everything like bots trying to make the app feel alive.
The apps premise is DL hyper masc coded people at your fingertips yet there were more faces than Grindr could ever hope to imagine.
All in all the premise and inclusiveness are very nice but the app and website need major work!
Also why is nearby a paid option?!Show less?(6!$&

Please email webmaster@TruckerSucker.com if you need assistance so that we can meet your expectations and add four stars to your review. You asked, "Why is nearby a paid option?, the answher is that nearby is a very expensive feature to offer/run. Each click on nearby requires a payment to map sources, the VIP membership revenue does not begin to cover map fees. So now you know why nearby is a paid feature. You also mention that many features are blocked. What might help you understand why features are blocked is that all apps must pass verous reviews/inspections by many agencies. Many features disappear if they are not offered under the VIP membership level. Being an app that is U.S. based provides even more restrictions with the FOSTA and SESTA laws and the oversight required. You also comment on members providing live input. All members have a site credit account that they can use to purchase VIP access with credits earned by adding content to the site. So now you know why some members interract more than other members in the CLASSIC view section. TruckerSucker has been online since 2004 and has many active users and many truckers have met their life partners on TruckerSucker. TruckerSucker does not want to be a "grinder" level app as it removes the anonymity and privacy that a low key app offers its members. TruckerSucker is more than an app, it is a community and frankly is not a hook up app, yet a community where men meet friends, co drivers, life partners, husbands and a sande and safe place in a world of online insanity.Everything I wanted and more!
This app is everything I’ve been looking for. Unpretentious and easy to navigate. Had an issue with someone trying to scam me in the app and reported them and within a few hours it was taken care of and the fake scam profile was deleted. Highly recommend this app!Zackary A
