The Rules of Netball app 2024 update includes new and revised rules and now follows the format of the printed edition. In Rules Update Resources there are now both videos and PDF explainers of new rules. The Social Media tab has been revised and now includes additional media links. At the end of the Rules section, a new visual guide to Umpire Hand Signals has been added.

  • Unable to access all areas of app

    I was impressed by this app when first loading - however I can no longer access the rule changes pdf explanations

  • Terminology rules now differ

    Howdy, I think since the added rules and changes, the terminology don’t correspond with the correct rule in the book? For example, interference with the shot is listed on terminology section as 10.2, however should be 9.7. Incorrect shot is listed as 10.2 but should be 9.6. Footwork is listed as 9.6 3 but is now in the rule book as 13.3 (a.)

    But otherwise I think the app is a great quick reference to the rule book and a helpful tool for all coaches, umpires and players
