Crazy Fast
We switched to Mid-South Fiber several months ago. The speed is off the charts! I just ran a speed check -Download 677.10, Upload 444.27. My previous provider was reaching 50 on downloads on a good day. There have been a few interruptions in the service but always brief. I’m very happy!

Great but doesn’t work right after update
Ever since the app updated and has a new style I cannot get to all the devices. The app will not allow me to scroll down and when I click to change the sort type it closes the app. Please fix!
Finally !
For living country side it’s been years since we could get any type of network for internet. Now with this fiber optic internet we can stream, do our schoolwork, and enjoy a movie or two for just a a fraction of the price all other local companies wanted to charge. No $1500 fee for a tower in the yard or ugly dish outside the house. Fast reliable and great speed

What is the point of the app
There are several things you can’t do on the app including pay your bill. You have to log in to a browser, I find no need for the app at all.
