Everything has disappeared
Opened the app up this morning and everything has gone. There’s a message saying ‘we’re sorry’ explaining they deleted everything because their servers got full!?! No warning or anything. If you have to delete everything at least warn people so they can make a note of where they are in their projects. Back to pen and paper it is.Show lesshaflemons

I put my knitting down for a couple of hours today and diligently marked where I left off. I came back to find that my counters for multiple projects had been deleted and they now want to charge a subscription fee. This app is both too simple and too glitchy to warrant any payment.nicbeane

I was mid way through 2 projects and it’s lost all the data I’d added - patterns and rows completed. So basically ruined both projects.v12ky

I was SO frustrated when the app stopped working after the update this week. I'm so grateful for the dev's quick action based on reviews. I tried three different row counter apps that other knitters recommended, and I hated all of them. I'm so glad to have this one back up! THANK YOU!Ninersgirl

We are weary sorry about that - this bug has been fixed yesterday.I want to love this app
I got all my patterns set up and used the app a few times. Then in the middle of a project it stopped working which means I have to find a new app and transfer everything over again. Very disappointediamshaysmith

This has been a fantastic app, but the last update shuts down the app when I try to add or remove a row. Such a shame, hope it gets fixed soon because I can’t use the app at all and I’ll need to find an alternative until this one is fixed.Jessica Zoe
