App has a setting for English, but most of the UX is not in English. When ordering, I’m forced to screen capture, load screen into translation app, then return to app. If customisations are made to order, I must repeat the process. I appreciate it would take work to get your vendors to provide menus in a western language (either English or Portuguese) but the app is cumbersome, especially compared to UberEats, FoodPanda & Deliveroo.
Also, delivery range is crazy. Macau is too small to have a restaurant be so easily out of range. Charge extra, but don’t make it impossible for me to order food if in Coloane (from a restaurant in Taipa).
You get two stars because it works consistently if an order can be placed. Placing an order is very difficult. You can do better.
