Not worth it
I just downloaded the app before and made 3 GIF widgets. I deleted the app because I wanted to change them but I couldn’t. Now that I redownloaded the app, I can make only one GIF one. I don’t understand the need for this, basically all good features you have to pay for. Definitely not worth my

i loved this app, i think it was super cute, but the thing that bothered me about it is how each frame can’t go less than 1 second. like the gifs are so slow because i can’t go any less than that. other than that, it’s a great app

Thank you for your feedback! Currently we can play at 1 fps maximum. It’s iOS system limitation to prevent huge battery usage. So we can only slow down playback and that is what “frame duration” slider does!1fps is just weird
The difference in me giving a 5* and a 1* is obviously how the widget looks, and it just looks odd when the GIF moves at 1fps, looks like my phone is lagging or something. If you fix this and make it flow fluidly then I’ll actually pay but until then just going to use a different app for still widgets.Show lessHamezSlater

Gifs only are moving like half the time. They get stuck. If I’m gonna pay a monthly fee it should work! Also just so you know your gif will be reduced to a certain number of frames so it will be kind of jerky.rythmic_mango
Slow gifs
The app is nice overall, very user friendly but unfortunately the gif portion of the widget only allows for 1 frame per second so the gifs look choppy.Gogo_999
Hello .
I am very annoyed right now . I cannot use THE MEDIUM WIDGET! It saves and everything but when I try to add it doesn’t pop up I’m stuck using small and large widget ! For sure using another app for widgets .Also give a bigger selection Of things and stop money grabbing . It’s just a gif 😞-___- 💕

We checked the medium widgets and they should be working now, please let us know if you encounter any other issues. Please make sure you have an up to date version of the app to have the best experience using WidgetKid.Far from perfect but definitely worth it in my opinion
The whole reason I got this app was for giphy widgets and because I saw everybody doing them for free. they are in fact not free at all, or maybe they used to be i don’t know. I ended up tapping the media option which allows gifs/videos at 1 fps.
i’m not too picky though so when I figured out you can do that I was still fairly satisfied, especially since idk of any other widget app that allows moving pictures, so this app is unique nonetheless. I am just slightly disappointed that it can’t go a little faster.

Thank you for your feedback! System limits us to play widgets at 1 fps maximum. It's made to save battery lifetime. So there are not much we can do here. That's why there is a GIF frame picker in the app, so you can choose frames that looks good. We are constantly working on making app simpler to use and more stable. I love the concept of animated widgets I really do! And this app gets the job done and I love it! But the limit is just ridiculous. Not everyone is willing or has the money to buy unlimited so the limit of making 5 isn’t very great. I made one widget to experiment and it counted against my limit. It was disappointing. If you could allow us to make more before we have to pay it would be appreciated:)Show lessSaleVale05

Yes overall this app is really good, but u can only add like 5 gif widgets and then it makes u pay for more. I recommend it just be cautious.f ssd bd
