I’ve been using the CHANI app as a premium subscriber since it first launched and have turned on many other subscribers by word of mouth. I’ve always thought CHANI was great at breaking down astrology in a way that’s very fun, relatable, easy to understand, and in a way that gives astrology a lot of credence. But, more and more recently she’s been infusing her political beliefs into the readings, which are making the app less enjoyable to listen to and to be honest? A little offensive. CHANI has been so spot on with her readings that as we made our way toward and through the elections I found myself wondering if she’d either have to admit her political beliefs may be flawed or her astrology. To my surprise, she just admitted the latter. It’s a shame because now I find myself questioning whether the readings are accurate or if she’s blinded by her own bias. Not to mention (for someone who you can literally hear working so hard to be politically correct and sensitive) the more blatant she is with her opinions, the more she singles out half her audience - which feels rather un-inclusive. I think she appeals to a very woke audience, which ironically, is starting to put me to sleep (and that’s without the help of her recently launched “sleep stories.”) While the app was fun and useful for a few years, it feels like it’s time to move on to an astrologer who can stick to the astrology - that’s what we’re here for, after all.

Can’t Live Without This App
I’ve been using the CHANI app for 4 years now. I subscribed right away because I was seeking deeper knowledge about my own chart. The guided meditations have brought such deep personal reflection and relief for me. I love learning about the transits and hearing my personal readings. Even when I completely unplug and have my phone on do not disturb this is the one app that I stay connected with. It is truly like having a team of astrologers offering council in the palm of your hands. THANK you CHANI team, happy 4 years to us— oh how the time flies.

My North Star.
Before the app, the newsletters and websites were my guide. Now, the CHANI app is my number one constant in all my growth and spiritual work. I have purchased a month here and there and finally bought a year of premium and I’m so excited. I use the meditations and altar suggestions regularly and listen to my personalized weekly horoscope every Sunday. The chani app is the first place I reference when I’m building out my astrology calendar, and it helps inform my spell work and rituals. I wish with all my heart I could work for Chani, but for now I’ll be cheering you on from Canada!

Fav Astro App
I’ve been using this app for a few years now. I particularly love the weekly readings and journaling prompts! It’s so nourishing to interact with the current astrology in realtime. AND I love that CHANI operates their business with living wages for all employees and gives back to survivors or gender-based violence. These are the entrepreneurs I want to support ❤️

Chani— a goddess among us
I have been into learning about astrology and my own chart for a few years now with little understanding of how it all comes together in my personal chart. Through her weekly podcast and now her app, Chani has broken things down in such beautiful and helpful ways. I received my Astro planner for next year to help me not only continue down my path of learning, but to help me plan and notice all the ways I can cultivate abundance and newness into my life. I have had my mind blown more than I expected by the ways my moods and whims are truly being shaped by where the planets arrive and station in each house. I feel the push of where I need to focus my energies all on my own, but Chani helps me really notice them and encourages me to follow through until I find peace and power there. If you have been on your path of self awareness and discovery, and are ready to dive even deeper into understanding how you ebb and flow with the ever changing tides of the sky— this is the place to be. There’s not a day that goes by that the morning pages I write do not reflect what I then hear is happening in my charts and daily readings. Thank you to Chani for helping open my eyes just that much further, and helping us to better understand the complicated and gorgeous world of astrology and our always available abundances. 🤍

Great app!
I love the weekly astrology readings and all the personalized info around transits and my chart.
Something I would love to see in an app like this would be a way to integrate mood tracking so I can follow how the transits impact me without looking at multiple apps and comparing.

Big “3”
This is my favourite astrology app but I wish that you didn’t need premium in order to see your Big “3” (sun, moon, rising) it’s starting to feel less and less accessible for people who can’t afford premium. Love you CHANI, thank you for all that you do.

I have been a Chani fan for over 3 years now.
It all began at a dinner party, discussing life and the Universe with a friend when she mentioned Chani. My curiosity piqued and I downloaded the app. After a year of using the free version, and having a experienced a free trial of the paid version, I had to upgrade.
I start each morning with my horoscope and the daily meditation. Chani is definitely my ASTRO Bestie!! She is funny, down to earth and just generally 'good people'!!
I recommend this app to anyone who feels like there is more to life than what the world is feeding us!
I look forward to engaging with this app daily and it has not only changed the way that I view the world but, especially, the way I view my world!

My favourite app & beyond
Chani and her team are my favourite creators of internet content. This little corner of space contains the intersection of many of my most cherished interests. Chani’s analysis shines like a lighthouse in tempestuous waters. There are three major impacts your content has had on my life. ~~~~~ [1] I was miserable in grad school. During the last 6 months of writing my dissertation, I read You Were Born For This. After a decade of putting hard work into trying to be okay with myself, this book was the final jigsaw piece that tied all the lessons together in a way that entirely shifted my self-view. I could finally see that what I hated about myself were precious gifts. I could finally love myself truly and wholeheartedly. Finishing school was like having a storm cloud part above my head. Now I know I am a force to be reckoned with. ~~~~~ [2] The first impact I described took place a few years ago. This second one has been since last October. As a Jew, I can hardly find the words to thank you. I spent a lot of energy on point one so I am not going to elaborate on point two. Thank you. ~~~~~ [3] This third point is a fun one. A few days ago Chani’s team posted an edge of Scorpio into Sagittarius season mood board. One of the clips was a person explaining the ocean is space. I cannot explain to you why, but somehow this concept was the missing link in my mind to make everything, absolutely everything make sense. The ocean is space. The earth is made up of masses of land held together by gravity and the spaces between are our oceans. This has woven together so many threads of ideas in my mind into a beautiful tapestry. I am beyond excited for Pluto in Aquarius. ~~~~~ Thank you Chani+team for sharing the inspiring work you do.

My Favourite Astrology App!
I love this App and all the offerings Chani and her team have poured their love and knowledge into. I look forward to the daily and weekly readings and check my transits and current sky horoscopes as well. This app has been the greatest gift to myself - for self discovery, self care and Astro knowledge. I’m a huge Astro nerd and have also done some of the courses offered on Chani’s website and love their other podcast “Down To Astro”. Every single offering is incredible, love all of it.
