The app is unreliable and the only way to get assistance is going back to the contractor who installed it. I have been having an issue for the past month and a half on being able to add anyone new to the system. When I talk to the contractor, they have reached out to the company and they say they are aware of it but as of yet do not have a fix. So in the meantime, I have 25 people that I cannot give access to our facility. That is unless I use a card key instead of the app. I have had other issues for the past year and a half.
A system like this should not be allowed until it is completely usable and reliable. If I could change out of the system, I would. Going forward on our new campuses we will not be using the system.
