Game used to be fun
Listen I played this game on release and I loved it. I got a new phone and couldn’t get into my old account so I made a new one. I stopped playing for roughly a year now I’m back. I have a couple of problems that I feel I need to address. It’s a pay to win game but whatever yall are just trying to make a living. But maybe lower the prices like a lot. Ain’t no way I’m paying what your asking. Second I understand your player base has prolly dropped and to minimize matchmaking time you made bots. Cool I get it but there’s no reason they’re as good as they are. Especially when they always target my invisible tanto. It’s actually absurd. Second when I play ranked I’m always getting paired with people 3-4 hundred trophies higher than me with a 2 lvl hero difference. I like a challenge but Jesus man that’s nearly impossible especially when they have all four sockets on there hero’s and I only have two. Please I’m begging you I loved this game when it first came out, but I’m about to put it on the back burner again. It’s just lose after lose after lose and it’s always a bot. If you change some things and maybe rework the bots a little (not clan war I think the challenge is deserved there) I will happily change my review back to a 5*

Damage issues
I’ve been playing this game on and off for 2 years and I just had a game where my player did 9 less damage than it said it would costing me a game and have been wondering how often this happens and how many games I’ve lost because of it. I demand at least 100 trophies. I’m a high trophy player and this is way to unfair.

Good game but some fixes needed
First of all whenever you try to play a tournament it’s impossible to get any reward cause the only people who do them ar archon and monarch so pls make lower level tournaments for us noobs. Also I’m scout with 2534 crowns but it only puts me up against people from 2800 to 3000 and it’s not fair that’s all

I apologize for my constant complaining tho they are justified in my opinion. But i do commend you for the lack of ads during the game. Of all the games i played this game has no ads except if you want gems and all that. The other games in the other hand constant ads even if its offline thank you for no ada.

Unbalanced game. You always fight a few times stronger players. Never with a real one!! A complete failure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Good game but pay to win.
I absolutely enjoy playing this game, almost every day I used to play, but I’ve ran into a problem where 90% of my opponents have better heroes and way higher levels. You should maybe make the game less p2w. It isn’t bad, but it gets annoying.
This needs to be fixed
Hello Hero Bump Team, this current issue I would like to address has been on my mind for a while now and it’s the point you get after the match you have played. If you lose and one side has a boost of +30 points, you lose -30 which I think should be made into more of a system. To where if you lose you lose points depending on your Rank. And you gain depending on your rank. Say your an Archon: -30, +30, Warlord: -25, +25 and so forth. Other than that the game is really great and addicting and should be played worldwide!
