Minimal Gameplay, Buggy, and Seemingly Abandoned
This game follows many of the elements of the other "Idle Human" games that the developer also made, with you "growing" a human, body part by body part, in standard clicker/idle game fashion.
Unlike the other games, however, this one does have animations, but also lacks the upgrade system that the others have, for better or worse.
Rather than the organs being locked to progress, or amount of cells, they are instead gates behind levels, which are tied only to time. The amount of cells you have and earn seemingly has no impact, and there is no way to speed it up. The levelling itself is not automatic, with it only filling a bar/circle that the game prompts you to click every time. You cannot stack levels, such that you can level up one after the other. You have to wait for the timer to fill up each time. You'll frequently find yourself stalling behind the time-gate waiting for either the correct amount of cells, or for the level to rise enough to unlock the next body part.
The animations are... odd. While the animation itself is nice, they are far from realistic. The liver, unlike the brain or eyes, inexplicably pulsates. The heart and lungs move far too quickly to be healthy for the human that they belong to. The lungs clip through the nerves when animating. The animation itself is on a cycle, and will stop for no good reason. Even things like the heartbeat and breathing will suddenly halt, only to get started again after about 30 seconds. There is no indication, rhyme, or reason for this to be the case, especially since heartbeat and breathing stopping tends to be quite bad for people's health.
The game itself has a few breaking bugs. If you tap a button too quickly, it will grow, gradually eating up the rest of the game until it is restarted. The controls for scrolling/zooming the human model are wonky and can be outright unintuitive/unresponsive.
The developer added diamonds to boost progress, but it's not implemented very well, with there being no way to really earn or spend diamonds, nor a good reason to use them at all, since it's mostly to increase the awards from levelling up, or returning, the former or which is meagre enough you don't need to bother, and the latter is enough to be worthwhile even without them.
The clincher to all this is that the game has apparently been abandoned by the developer. The "app support" link takes you to their website, where the game is not even listed. It has not received updates in several years, and it's likely they simply moved on to easier/more profitable ventures.

New figures
I love this game, and it makes me take my time playing. However, after I am finished there no new figures to put together. Please add at least four or five new figures.
