  • Great and easy to use fitness app

    Hiring Julie was the best decision I made for my fitness journey. She helped me with exercises supporting my knee pain and to increase my muscle. In addition, she guided me on my nutrition and taught me many tips to have a happy balanced life. She is there for you whenever you need her with regular check-ins. I am most grateful today for everything she did for my health. She posts the custom workouts in the app every week. They are easy to follow. Don’t wait one more day. Today is the day to start 💪🏻.

    This app has help me with my double ups at home. Amazing workouts specially when you don’t know what to do, you do the work out and get that sweat that everyone looks for. I highly suggest trying this out especially if you don’t know what to do at the gym or at home.

    This fitness app is awesome. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, it is packed with great details. It is easy to use, easy to follow and maneuver. Every single exercise explains what muscle(s) is being worked on. The best thing about it is that you can literally see how to properly perform each exercise safely. Julie never disappoints!

  • My motivational routine!

    I never know what to do at the gym so having this app has been such a life saver ! There are plenty of workouts to choose from, demonstration and explanation of each exercises to make sure you do them right. There is also a rep counter and rest like that you don’t even have to think about it as you workout. I’ve also learned a lot from all the educational content Julie posts on the different groups on a weekly bases. I really like it !

    This app is very easy to use and contains a huge list of exercises. It can track your exercises, diet and fitness progress. It also interfaces with other apps (Fitbit, Apple Health...) which is great. I really like the corresponding web portal where I view and setup activities from my laptop.
