Reporting an incident

It is easy to do and I think we should all report even close shaves as that’s the only way to get something done

Rubbish

Reported a near miss last weekend. It’s just statistics all they want is numbers. You couldn’t tell them any car details so not much point in reporting it to them. Won’t bother again.

Easy peasy to report to BHS

If you report incidences and link them to your local counsillor and safety neighbourhood team, you can apply for the BHS DEAD SLOW signs for that dangerous part of the road.

Great initiative

Really good idea to have an app available to equestrians to report and log unsafe incidents. Thank you BHS.

Good basic reporting tool

Allow videos or photos to be uploaded at time of reporting

App doesn’t work on iPhone 11

Such a great idea but if the app won’t let me past the front page when connected to home Wi-fi - how is it going to work on 4G??!!! Please fix this, it’s such a great idea and most definitely needed!

Loads then freezes

I have downloaded this app 3 times and each time when I click on it, the app freezes at the information. It will not scroll up or down, and no options available to click on to report an accident if I wanted to.
Please sort as this will be very useful. Thanks

Doesn’t work

Just downloaded this as I wanted to report an incident and as soon as it opens and I click submit a report it crashes. Uninstalled and tried again still no luck. Using an iPhone 12 on the latest software.

App crashes every time

On my iPhone it’s very slow and when does load properly it then crashes as I click the reporting incident button.
