Welcome to our 9.0 version. In this update we have added new features including ActionClips, Podcast module, Favorites, & new options to our course module. We have also improved the menu, navigation & how we organize content by creating categories for our blog, ActionLists and documents. We have also fixed bugs and optimized the speed of content access. Welcome to our new version. The following new features and improvements have been made in this update: - the new Action Lists module is a feature in the app where we will offer you powerful checklists you can use to learn certain messages while also having the option to create your own one time lists (shopping lists for example) or daily or weekly lists (goals, daily lists, etc). - We can now change our featured home buttons to guide you in the app to sections that are relevant to what's happening at that time. - Misc bug fixes, slight improvements to most areas of the app that make the experience of our app better. - Optimized our API connection so our app is faster and re-built to be optimized for newest phones and operating systems.

Description of Authentic Sacred Design

My name is Ann Metcalfe and I am a solo entrepreneur living in Delta, British Columbia, Canada and I have lived on the west coast most of my life; I love nature and the Earth. Over the past 18 years I have gone through my own transformation from that of sleepy survival to one of awakened and thriving through the knowledge and truths I have researched and learned from different healing modalities and programs. I recently published a children’s book in January 2020, called Rosie’s Joy!!! A Magical Day in the Forest about love and community (for all ages). I also write poetry about how I understand our relationship and connections to the Earth and the Cosmos (in my soon-to-be published book). I create sacred-design jewelry that and HOPE chests that are small but powerful activators to assist individuals and Humanity to live more in their Essence-hearts, both of which helps create inner peace and peace on Earth. My recent adventure has involved jumping into a new, unique step by step on line process to assist men and women who are facing chronic health challenges where I provide them with support and an opportunity to transform their fears into living a life with vitality and wellness. Lots of uncertainties and even more willingness and determination to step forward into that space of service to assist humanity in a way that I never knew was possible. I look forward to you learning from other experts in this exciting App community.
