Not worth it at all

Should be an ad supported app, nobody is paying to have an app tell you what you could find for free in a three second google search

App not fit for purpose

Paid and upgraded to premium. App scan feature works only 10% of the time. Card price tracking does not work. Basic features like removal of followers unavailable.

Overall I personally regret paying for the upgrade to premium.

Great Concept, Poor Execution

When I saw the advertisement for the app I got excited to finally find the value of sports cards that had eluded me for years. Unfortunately it doesn’t work quite like the app is advertised. Of the 14 sports cards/autographed memorabilia that I scanned it only correctly recognized and priced 2 of them. Most items it didn’t recognize at all and I had to guess at the info I was inputting was correct which completely defeats the purpose of the app. Other items it recognized as different versions of the same item or even correctly recognized, but gave no value. I am only using the initial free version, but the poor execution doesn’t give me any confidence that I’ll get better results by paying for it.

Ruined App

I signed up and liked what the app did so subscribed. Now they have updated it and taken all the good features out.
It is unusable now and not worth having.
Either fix it or refund my money.

Wouldn’t be worth the trouble even if it were free.

This app and subscription are very poorly executed. If it were only the app, perhaps it would be possible to work out the bugs, buts it’s not just the app. The entire foundation of this relies on at least some ability to recognize cards which it cannot do reliably. For me, it found maybe 20%. Part of this issue may be due to the fact that the images were all out of focus if you were close enough to fit the card in the window. When I attempted to add them manually, nearly every single time, the set was not found in the search. It makes sense that they would have to build their database, but I shouldn’t have to pay to do that for them. All of these problems would have been found in a trial or free version which is probably why they force you to subscribe before you can even use the app. They got my $7.99. Hopefully they won’t get yours.

Poor support experience for new user

Update:
It took several emails and far too long in my opinion, but a recent update to the app fixed card scanning on my iPhone 15

I changed from 1 to 3 stars

The subscription price feels high especially when it took so long for support to actually acknowledge there was an issue, but once they stopped trying to pass blame, they did take action.

Overall communication still remained poor from support they did not reach out to me immediately when the new version was available.

After this experience I’m very reluctant to pay for this subscription to unlock more than 10 scans.

I really don’t trust what other issues there are.

I can not take a scan of one card. It shows the camera. I can see the card on screen but can’t advance to next step to add the card image.

Decent *updated*

When it works, it’s great. Card scanning won’t work for me. When you search and add cards several times it freezes up and I have to close out the the app. Now the app won’t let me sign back in. I get the wheel of death on the Gmail icon.

Update: the developers seem to have corrected some issues and are actively making changes to the app. They care. I’ll be using it more often now.

Nice/Needs improvement

Nice app to keep track of everything you have and pricing..Tired of being logged out just to try to log back in and it doesn’t work. Scanning software needs improvement. Works maybe 20% of the time..other times it will bring up an entirely different sport..total color of card will be different. And that’s even trying to scan it several times at different angles and zoom variances. Just recently after I was able to log back in, now the camera doesn’t want to work..yes it has access. But after spending hours upon days scanning..not like I’m gonna start over with a different app.
