I love my watch and app
I love the watch and app. I miss the option where you can add your own pictures if you want to. I don’t see that option anymore. Wish they would add more faces for the watch.
Absolutely horrible
I wanted a watch for my 5th grade graduation and after 2 days it came in I am super excited and then I see it needs to be binded to a phone I try the QR code it says the server can not open I trie the app won’t even get past the loading screen it says something is wrong try again later I deleted the app and so far I still have the watch it just insane that my mom got this for $40 and it still didn’t work the app is trash find different watches DO NOT make the same mistake I did I am so sad :-(.

App does not sync to watch
Yet another review of the app not recognizing or syncing to my watch. It states my Bluetooth is not on when it in fact is. I even forgot the device and restored/erased all info. Deeprio got rid of its app and left all deeprio watch users without an app to make the watch functional.

Doesn’t connect at all. Zero stars isn’t an option so…
Awful App
Updated from the Touchflex App that was recommended. Now it won’t connect to my watch at all after 20 tries. Very disappointed that I can’t even use it anymore because it needed to update and can’t in this app. It’s trash. For anyone else, don’t get it!!!!!
Won’t bind to watch
This app and watch will not pair. Complete waste of time trying to get them to “bind”. So frustrating!!!
App wont open
Just got this watch in the mail and downloaded the app and connected Bluetooth. The app just shuts down every time I try to open it. There is no way for me to set up the watch.
Test your app.
App doesn’t SYNC well. Have to close app and reopen. IOS 17.3.1. Says Up To Date. Also loads step count totalizer, not just steps since last sync. So I was surprised to walk 54,324 steps yesterday. A new best!
Unusable
Was told to change the app for my Deeprio Rev. Since doing so my iphone 2020SE battery drains from 100% to 0% overnight. Had to delete App. :(
The women health function does not work.
There is no OK button in women health function.
