Constant crashing
It’s super embarrassing to have to keep asking to be let back into a meeting every 10 minutes. I’m on ios 16 on a 14 plus. Come on.
Needs more work
When redirecting from a web site to a server the auto login process fails. After installing there should be a link available in Force Touch in order to open the relative link in adobe connect but the Force Touch link is not available.
The worst out there
Adobe Connect is the worst platform out there. I am only using it as I am forced to do so. Unfortunately my university uses Adobe Connect for all lectures. I am not really sure why we do not use Zoom, Microsoft Teams or any other platforms. I think they started using it years ago when there was less competition. Although, nowadays it has really fallen behind modern technologies.

Not ADA Compliant
Adobe Connect does not support ADA accessibility. I had to download the app because I need to access audio using my phone and assisted hearing devices. The app was absolutely terrible. The audio cut out often and the app completely crashed every 10-15 minutes. The desktop version also had a significant delay in the video. There was a lag in lip movement that did not match what the speakers were saying. I really expect more compliance and quality from Adobe.

Buggy on iPad Pro
The app has an annoying issue where if multiple people in chat post a message the chat window snags and you miss the most current messages being sent. You have to manually scroll down to see more messages, but since it doesn’t automatically scroll to the most recent you have no idea a bunch of people have sent a message.

The mute button kept disappearing while in training

Very frustrating since I was seeking credit for the course and encountered technical problems 3/4 of the way … also no one replied to my issues in Q&A area … it’s like no one saw them … iPhone 11 with version 15.41
Does not work well on an iPad
The sound volume kept fluctuating, no handouts available, app kept freezing, and I was not able to view the slide presentation! When I switched to the web I was not able to hear the sound 😡
Access to PDF Files are Necessary
This version of the Adobe Connect application has a better appeal compared to the older application. Everything seems smoother to operate, but we need to have the ability to access pdfs and web links. We also need to be able to view pdfs that are being presented by another individual. Other than that, the application is great.
