Do Not Download
Will this app maybe work to download a couple photos at about 5 min of effort per photo? Ok. But for me and many here it not only stopped working but it also created close to a *thousand* empty folders in my iPhone that can only be manually deleted. Was never even able to save a single video either. This app is essentially a virus the way it messed up my phone.

Don’t bother
Camera is fine, app is terrible. Gallery never loads all the way, tons of repeats, and takes literal DAYS to download photos. The quality is entirely diminished, too. The camera is so cute and works great on its own, but you can’t download the photos through this stupid app. It’s completely useless. Don’t bother downloading.

HORRIBLE
Every time I open the app it closes me out I cant record any videos because it doesn’t let me delete anything. I needed a camera for an upcoming event. Very disappointing! Im confused as to why no one has looked into fixing the issue!
Crashes - unusable app
Just downloaded for IPhone and the app will not work at all. It will show me the “no camera connected” screen, but as soon as I connect my camera the app immediately crashes and will continue to crash after half a second any time I try and open it. Completely unusable. I probably wouldn’t have purchased the camera if I knew the app wouldn’t work.

App is slow and crashes . A complete disappointment
The Polaroid wave is a basic camera which is waterproof and tough but is severely let down by the Wi-Fi capabilities . App crashes constantly and I can never download more than 1 photo at a time.
app won’t even open
I just got this camera. i needed help to open the charging port and thought seeing the pictures on the phone was a great alternative to connecting the camera but the app will not even open
the app isn’t connecting
i’ve done every step that i am instructed, my phone says connected in settings and the camera says connected yet the app is saying no camera connected. shame because this was the selling point for me and it doesn’t even work.

it doesn’t load all the photos in my camera and some of them repeat I can’t even see the videos.
Idk why this hasn’t been figured out
I don’t leave bad reviews ever- like I really don’t. But I am super annoyed and flustered and I came to read reviews and I guess I’m glad to know it isn’t user error 🙄 I want my photos and this app will not do anything. I’ve been trying for over an hour. I see comments dating back to a few years ago saying the same things I’m saying- I just feel like with modern technology this could probably be put together so that it works 🙃

Slow, ineffective and crashes
The app is very slow to access data from our ID922 Polaroid camera. When downloading photos to our phone it is very, very slow and then never completes the process. In the end we have to force quit the app.
