Food is great, app needs help!
I’ve never been disappointed with the food at Gyro Shack, but honestly, are the developers actually testing the app? Very laggy between button pushes, almost every time I launch the app I have to resign in…and this is after 07/30/24 and their “account” changes. All-in-all the app gets the job of ordering food done, but it could really use some more testing and bug fixes.Show lessMdubyaNM
Worst Customer Service Ever
Chose to go because I had a$16 reward to redeem. Only to be TOLD My Account wasn’t active and that it was MY PROBLEM and NOTHING they could do. The “manager “ who really wasn’t a manager was just about the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Figure out your reward program Gyro Shack and learn to treat the customers who CHOOSE to support you the right way. I’ve haven’t been this disappointed in Customer Service in a very long time.
