What happened?!

I accepted the free trial and got charged after I accepted the free 3 days. $11.49. I expect a refund.

Update: App developer told me to request a refund for their mistake from Apple but Apple refused to refund me. So this app charges me instead of giving me their free trial and I get refused a refund. Not good at all.

We rely on Apple's subscription infrastructure, and the free trial options are configured within the Apple system. The trial period is set for seven days by us on the Apple system, and it is Apple who counts the days and ends the free trial. Any amount charged for the subscription is done by Apple and not by us as developers. However, if you suspect that there may be an error within the Apple system, we request you to send an email with your Apple receipt (which should be available in your email) to us for verification. In the unlikely event that you believe our developer account is involved in any fraudulent activity related to the manipulation of the trial period, we urge you to report this to Apple immediately. Excelent

This app is a must have for any astrologer or witch with astrological influences. It has helped me immensely, not only in being able to be aware of the planetary hours but planning in advanced for spells and rituals. The only thing I would add is a weekly view of the planetary hours BUT I know this would be a lot of work. If this comes in a subscription based offer I would gladly subscribe.

Good app.

It looks good and great app. But seems it’s draining my phone battery more than it used to. So may be I will get rid of it. Those who can’t sync your watch try to restart watch and phone and then do try to connect with watch and it should work. Let me know if anyone else observed the battery draining issues.

Hi, thank you for your comment. Planetaro only uses the location when you tap to 'locate' button, so it does not drain the battery. To sync the Apple Watch, open the app simultaneously on both devices, navigate to the settings screen of the Planetaro app, and tap to synchronize Watch.

Doesn't sync with watch

I opened it same time but it doesn't sync in that case too. It's side by side but it doesn't sync or show up on watch. Says same thing open on iphone.
