Car Wash
I want to give a shout out to the employees of this car wash. They are so friendly and caring. I’ve been a member here for over a year now and I’m always greeted so nicely. On August 27th, I met the owner of this car wash. He was so nice and caring and I left in tears. I was actually embarrassed because I wanted to suspend my car washes for the month of September because I didn’t have enough money to pay for it. I’m so grateful to him and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. He knows who he is. Thank you so much for caring.

I have been using this car wash for 5 years and buy their basis wash for the Winter months. Good clean truck wash overall but not the tailgate area. I have been having a problem with the app and they never answer their phone to provide help to fix it. The workers keep telling me my app isn’t working properly but still continue to scan my iPhone and give me a wash which is free. I would like to clear up this matter and pay for my membership.dbetman

Do not know how to delete a choice(?) made on your app. Otherwise I’d give you five stars.
I buy a $40 bundle of 6 BEST car washes at a time. Was told if I went on line I’d get a better buy for $50.
I do not understand what I would get for the offer if $50 + 25.
I do need to buy more car washes from you, do not want to join a club. Would like the best price on a packet of washes

Misleading and poor self
I live on a dirt road and mud can accumulate on my car’s wheels- resulting in vibration at higher speeds unless cleaned regularly. Do I signed up for the “better” wash membership. That worked well this year until recently. When I got a wash this morning it resulted in a pronounced problem. I went back and (a) was told that there was a problem with the car, that there was no residual mud and (b) I was stuck in their line and had to

Freezes and wants to spam email
So I try to find a way to buy like a months worth of car washes it wants my email address so the company can spam me with all kinds of more crap in my email box I get 100 today I don’t need more just a phone number would be fine but no they want my email address. And then even when I was trying to install the app and set it up it would freeze on certain pages unless I selected “yes” it would not allow me to select “no” so it’s pretty bad
