Poor quality
I've been a subscriber for a few years now but am exasperated at how, when nothing seems to be broken, 'digital upgrading', is executed. Recent upgrades were done with no warning to subscribers,thus making it difficult to access the edition and currently there is no page selector. Either give subscribers a warning of upgrades or a partial refund.
