do not download - it's A Scam
Looks free, right until you use touch ID to pay for it, then surprise! It's $29.99. Themes don't load, icons don't change automatically. You have to upload the photos, save the colors changed, and change your own icons individually. 'Instructions' and 'help tutorials' are half-page cut off screenshot with squiggly red circles drawn around the settings icon, or other icons which don't make sense.
